There are so many precious memories that will keep you with us forever. You were the best man when I married your brother. Then you and Dianna were such a huge support when he passed. You were God-father to our first child and always made her feel special. So many good times together. Most times when my days off fell on a weekend we would try to get together. Even these last couple summers you made is out to the homestead with donuts and oil. You were so sick but your spark was still there. You made me laugh. You made me swear. But most of all you made memories that will be treasured sometimes with laughter and other times with tears.

I will always remember Uncle Harley as a caring and fun-loving man that, along with Auntie Dianna, treasured time with family. He loved to make people laugh.
My fondest memories of Uncle Harvey were from when I was young. The endless number of weekend family get-togethers, spending time at Wizard Lake and Mulhurst, and family vacations.
Going to Flintstone Park as kids, and getting there only to find out that the Flintstones weren’t there, so our parents all told us it was because they were on vacation too, which did not impress us much, LOL. The one trip when we hit a skunk and our car smelled so bad for the better part of that vacation. The time we had a porcupine climb in our dog house, and Uncle Harvey, in shorts, lifting it from behind only to realize that it had no bottom and the panic that followed – oh I could go on and on.
Uncle Harvey always knew how to get my Auntie Dianna going until you finally heard her yell HARVEY! That was his cue that she had enough. It was always good entertainment for everyone else except Auntie Dianna.
Sending all of our love to Auntie Dianna, Laura, Ron, Kevin, Tania and all of the grandchildren. Our thoughts are with you. Find peace in knowing that Uncle Harvey will always be remembered fondly by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Sending my deepest condolences to you, Dianna, and your family. I have a confession. I always thought Harvey was a cutie as well as being a kind and funny guy. Do you remember when we were all at Richard and Linda's place, and sitting around the table? Kevin crawled up on my lap and cuddled up, until he saw you sitting next to me. He looked at you, then me, then you and burst out crying. We all laughed so hard, especially Harvey. May your happy memories help you in the days ahead. Shirley Dool

My cherished memories of Harvey are the times we went fishing and camping with our families. The last years as life with kids as grandkids took priority we didn’t visit as often as we should have. I remember Harvey as a loving family man involved with his kids and sports. Do not weep. Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am the thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow.I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumns rain. When you awaken in the early mornings bush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry I am not there, I did die. Always remembered George and Dianne

Our deepest condolences to Dianna and family
Harvey is at peace now even though he has left us with sad hearts
As time goes on we shall all remember the great times we had together. Many times laughing and sometimes crying.
Whenever we parted our ways, he always gave me a hug and would say My Sissy.
Love you brother to the moon and back
God opened up the gate and took you in thru which each of us must go alone
There is a light we cannot see.
Our father claims his own.
We will always remember in our hearts we are family which means love has no end.
We must have strength, peace and hope to carry on
Love Elsie and Dave

Harvey was a very special brother and brother in law. We will forever cherish the birthdays, trips and good times we shared
Jim and Harvey were very similar in their thoughts and it was at times very interesting to see which one could come up with a more foolish story or saying.
Their similar foolishness gave Dianna and Joyce many hours of happy laughter, or sometimes anger.
The number of times they made their sister Elsie’s hair stand straight up with their foolishness is uncountable.
Jim will no longer have the the days of foolish storytelling and Joyce will no longer have someone to dispute political and many other issues with.
There will be many sad days and many happy days with the wonderful memories.
We are relieved Harvey that you are now no longer suffering and are in a better place.
So until the day we meet again, we love you forever and Rest In Peace
Love Jim and Joyce
