is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family of MaryAlice Snell announce that she passed away peacefully on the morning of January 1, 2022 at the age of 87 years.
She is survived by her children: Loraine,(Leonard) Wenninger, Gloria (Dan) Jackson, and Karen (Robert) Martin, beloved grandchildren: Lauri (Jeff) Parker, Les (Randee) Wenninger, Shea (Ashley) Jackson, Kevin (Leslie) Jackson, Chantel (Ian) Jackson, Lana(Aaron) Murphy, Candace (Colin) Snider, Sharleen (Stephen) Thomas, and Sandra (Christian) Nickerson. She will be missed by 22 beyond beloved great-grandchildren: Grayson, Paxton, Isaiah, Finnigan, Rylan, Josiah, Didi, Jessica, Samantha, Cody, Caydence, Korinna, Torin, Cruz, Crypton, William, Alice, Pepper, MaKayla, Branson, Reaves, and Thatcher. Also mourning her loss are her sister, Eleanor Webster, and extended family Marg Rustand and Gordon Snell, as well as many nieces and nephews.
MaryAlice was predeceased by her mother and father, Nels and Blanche Rustand, her beloved husband, Fred, brothers, Charles and Eddie, sister, Audrey, and daughter, Linda.
The family would like to thank the staff at Seasons Retirement Community for the excellent care she was given where she resided for seven years.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Drayton Valley Legion, 5204 51 Ave, Drayton Valley, Alberta. A private family interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
