Obituary of Danielle Blair Thatcher

Danielle Blair Thatcher, resident of Beaverlodge AB, passed away on September 15, 2021 in her home at the age of 23 years old. Danielle was born on September 25, 1997 in Edmonton AB. She lived in Drayton Valley and Rocky Mountain House before moving to Wembley in 2001. Danielle spent the next 20 years in the Wembley/Beaverlodge area. Danielle will be remembered for her kindness and empathy for everyone. Her gentle nature was punctuated with a beautiful smile and a sassy sense of humor that will be remembered as “Classic Danielle”. Danielle loved animals and brought home every stray she found. She spent many peaceful hours with her dogs and horse. In junior high and high school Danielle was a member the Mountain Side Gymkhana Club and was a natural rider. Danielle had a special gift that brought joy and comfort to all who knew her especially her son. She is survived by her parents Ron and Jennifer, brother Russel, and son Mason. Her grandparents David and Judy Warwick and Blair and Joyce Thatcher along with her aunts, uncles and cousins. Danielle was predeceased by her twin sister Ashely Ann. A memorial service will be held for Danielle on September 27 at 1pm at the Lindale Hall. Due to Covid restrictions the service will be by invitation only.
