“Scary Biker”
September 4, 1968 – July 8, 2021
Barry Antonia “Scary Biker” of Fox Creek, Alberta, passed away peacefully at home Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the age of 52 years.
Born in Sandy Point, Nova Scotia, Barry made a living from fishing until moving to Alberta, where he made a living as a vac truck driver. Barry was quite the fisherman in Nova Scotia. When he was not working, he was planning bike trips with his biker friends. He also enjoyed sitting out in his screenhouse.
Barry is survived by his loving wife of 28 years; Sherri Antonia, of Fox Creek, Alberta, daughter; Ashley (Matthew) of Grande Prairie, Alberta; Mother Phyllis of Shelburne, Nova Scotia; brother Jerry of Calgary, Alberta and the apple of his eye, grandson Greyson. Barry was predeceased by his father Barry Antonia.
A celebration of Barry’s life will be held at Fox Creek Community Hall on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Barry will be taken back home to Nova Scotia for a private family burial.
