Obituary of Kathleen "Kathy" Daisy Schwab

Kathleen “Kathy” Daisy Schwab November 24, 1947 – June 28, 2021 It comes with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathy Schwab, who passed away at the Whitecourt Healthcare Centre at the age of 73 years. Her grandchildren called her Grama Daisy, and all looked forward to her beer buns, pickled eggs, and the sweet aroma of her freshly made cinnamon buns. Kathy expressed a positive outlook and love for people and bowling. Her friendly face would greet you at the Rexall where she worked for many years. While raising her family her passion for the sport of bowling led her to coaching. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her husband, Gordon of 26 years; daughters Carrie Ann, Tracy and families; stepsons Derek, Robert and families, special niece; Tamara and family and her dear dog Teea as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and extended family. Gordon would like to extend a special thank you to family and friends for their support and kind words during this difficult time. A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held on a later date.
