Ethel Nan Graves (Anderson)
February 22, 1938 – November 12, 2023
The family of Ethel Graves of Drayton Valley, formerly of Lindale are saddened to announce her passing on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the Drayton Valley Hospital and Care Centre at the age of 85 years.
Ethel’s life will continue to be celebrated and remembered by her children, Gene Graves (Betty), Arleen Pischke (Ron), and Victor Graves (Nicole). Also, by Jody and Lydia Martin and Gaylene Graves; grandchildren, Marci (Curtis), Jesse (Janelle)Courtney (Nick), Mallory (Kyle), Zane (Amanda), Shelby (Maverick), Garett, Jordan, Quinn (Megan), Alanna (Chance), and Shauna; 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
Ethel was predeceased by her husband, Bill Graves; oldest daughter Jo-Ann Martin in 1986; brother Gordon Anderson; and parents, Jean and Victor Anderson.
As per Ethel’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.
The family would like to thank Dr. Murphy and staff for their care and compassion during Ethel’s stay.
