Joe Mitchell of Whitecourt, Alberta passed away at Whitecourt Healthcare Centre on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the age of 63 years.
He will forever be remembered by his partner, Adrienne Johnnie; children, Edward Astle, Leah Astle and Charlette Astle. Also left to treasure memories of Joe are, siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many wonderful carnival friends. He was predeceased by his parents, William Golden and Bertha Mitchell.
Joe loved his children deeply and family meant everything to him. He took enjoyment watching America’s Got Talent and playing cards or Yahtzee with loved ones and friends. Joe lived life on his own terms, you never knew what he was going to say. He kept you on your toes and was known to get a rise out of you through shock value. Joe’s sense of humour and storytelling will be missed.
