We were saddened to hear of Brad's passing and our condolences to Heather and family. Brad lived bigger then life and was one of the most generous souls we've been blessed to know. He could keep you laughing for hours with his stories until your jaws ached! You did it right Brad you lived life to the fullest, and you loved as deeply as your laugh. You will be missed and may you rest in peace.

So sorry for your loss guys,
I /we, are saddened by the loss of Brad as well.
He absolutely was the life of the party, and he wanted it that way!
He left us all with memories, that Im sure will be shared over and over again for decades, something he would be proud of.
A couple of memories that I have, have to do with racing...lol, duh
This stuff was serious buisness, (at least until the event was over), and I got to find out just how...
Race morning, Brad asks me to take the pickup into town and get it washed..So I did
It was a pressure wash place, same as home, pull, spray it down and get out.
I get back,Brad says "I should have sent Heather!"
Apparently, you can also hand wash at the car wash there as well, something you can't do at home...lol
By end of day, event is over, and it's party time in the race trailer OMG what a time!...laughing, dancing and singing until waaaay later than I was used to!
The next time I can remember was in Ottawa..
Shanna and I drove up in our car, and I brought my coleman stove..
We all were hanging out at the hotel, and got the munchies, so to fix that, we went to the parking lot and cooked hot dogs....Brad says " would never imagined, I would be in a hotel parking lot, at midnight cooking hotdogs"!
That's just a couple of the looong list of memories for me ,but like all of you ,there is just sooooo much more, pretty sure there is a good book in there, that would make an awesome read...certainly one I would like to read for sure!
RIP CANADA KID...Norm and Shanna (brother and sister in-laws)

I have a letter Brad wrote on June 18, 1997 before I ever met him. There are 4 pages in which Brad said, "Since you don't know much about me I'll give you my past in a nutshell." (coconut shell?) "My name is Brad but you can call me Brad." In true Brad fashion that letter is filled with humor. He also included 3 pages of Things that Make You Go Hmmmm. One of my favorites is "Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?" When I finally met Brad I could appreciate his humorous side. I will keep this letter until a family member would like to have it.
Rest in peace, Brad. Lovingly remembered by Mom Dryden

Brad was a great guy and he will be missed. Whenever there was an event in the community Brad reached out to offer a donation for the event before we could ask. I enjoyed his sense of humour and will never forget the times at Thunder in the Valley when we Interacted. My thoughts go to the family at this time. You never truly lose the one you love they are with us in all the memories forever. Mardi Dancey

Brad and Heather were some of the first to become "racing family". I will always treasure their friendship and the time we were together, even though those days were far between. Brad made everyone welcome and made us laugh. He was always upbeat. I will miss you, my friend. One last hug. Have a laugh and a good time with Gregg. He will love seeing you again.
