Obituary of Darryl William McPhee

Darryl William McPhee, beloved husband, father, son, brother, mentor, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Darryl was 58 years old. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Tammy, whom he referred to daily as the love of his life, his children, Korey, Jordan, Jeremy (Lanna), Logan (Erin), six beautiful grandchildren Owen, Brady, Ella, Liam, Nixon and Emmie- the apple of his eye, parents Rhoda (Larry) Pardar, siblings Neil (Deneia) McPhee, Marty (Lorraine) McPhee, Dan (Sheila) McPhee and Karen (Murray) Lawrence. Predeceased by his father William (Bill) McPhee. Darryl was a proud husband and father and everyone knew of his love for his family. He was a business owner his entire life moving to Whitecourt when he was just 15 years old. His company Elite Construction was proud to have been an integral part of building this community. You can travel down any street and see what Darryl had built with his own hands over the span of 40 plus years. Darryl enjoyed many things like camping, riding his motorcycle, and traveling with his wife, but what he loved the most was spending quality time and making so many memories with his family, especially little Emmie. Darryl's witty sense of humour, charming smile, and loving heart will be missed by all the lives he has touched over the years. A celebration of life will be taking place at St. Joseph Parish Hall in Whitecourt, Alberta on December 17, 2022 at 2:00PM.
