Obituary of Vincent Gerard Common

Vincent G. Common July 17, 1965 - September 4, 2022 It is with heavy hearts we announce the tragic passing of Vince (Vinnie) Common on September 4, 2022 at the age of 57 years near Grande Cache, Alberta while doing what he loved, riding his motorcycle. Vince was described by many as a real character and a carefree man. He had a witty sense of humour and a comeback or remark for everyone. He had a passion for music, concerts, reading biographies, westerns, hockey, football, curling, golf, travel & riding his motorcycle. But his biggest love was for his nephews Jonathan, Troy & Kyler (Caley) and niece Shayla (Kyle). He loved them more than life itself. He will always be known as “Uncle Binnie”. Vince is survived by his father Ken Common (Zophie), mother Patricia Common (Carl), brother Dave Common (Darlene), sister Laurie Meyer (Pat), grandmother Flossie Common, brother-in law Kelvin Higgins, Sister- in law Nancy Yee, nieces, nephews, step brothers, step nieces & nephews and numerous extended family & friends. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
