Obituary of Carolyn Adele Eckert

Carolyn Adele Eckert November 3, 1966 – August 9, 2022 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of daughter, sister and aunt Carolyn Adele Eckert at the Drayton Valley Long Term Care in Drayton Valley, Alberta. Carolyn was one to never say no to anyone, she was helpful, reliable, caring and a loving soul. Carolyn found joy in her very large doll collection which was in the range of over 100. She lost herself in reading, drawing, and painting with watercolors and acrylics. In her younger years and into her teens she was an avid figure skater and dancer. Carolyn never complained despite her pain, a true fighter in her struggles. Her sparkling patient way about her will be greatly missed by her family. Carolyn is survived by her devoted mother Barbara, her sister Dyan (Carol), her brother Timothy Joel (Louise). Her 2 nieces Caitlin and Rachael and her nephew Ethan. She was predeceased by her father Adam. The family would like to thank with gratitude Dr. Giddy and the staff at the continuing care unit of the Drayton Valley Hospital and Care Center, for the care and support Carolyn received for 16 years.
