Obituary of Victor Robert Trudzik

Victor Robert Trudzik February 24, 1934 – May 20, 2022 It is with deep heartbreak that the family of Victor Robert Trudzik announces his passing on May 20, 2022, at Mayerthorpe Extendicare, Alberta at the age of 88 years. Victor had a deep connection with the outdoors and any time he spent with horses, was a perfect day in his eyes. He enjoyed a good cup of coffee, KFC chicken and had quite the sweet tooth. Victor found great joy spending time with his family, in particular his grandchildren. He was so proud of each grandchild and all their accomplishments. Being born and raised in Mayerthorpe, Alberta, this connected him with many friends around the community. He is forever loved and will be missed by many people near and far. Victor is survived by his children Brian (Brenda) Trudzik, Connie Carnegie, and Ron (Michelle) Trudzik, grandchildren Matt, Mike, Shea, Zane, Quinn, Miranda, Conrad and Carly, great grandchildren Sephra, Brandon, Jayden, Tayla, Tenielle, Braxton and Meadow, as well as many extended family members. Victor is now reunited with his wife Jean Alice, son Rob, grandson Christopher, siblings Fred, Stella, Helen, Tony, Joe, Caroline and Mary as well as his parents John and Tekla Trudzik. A memorial service will be held at Blue Ridge Community Hall on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Terri Shimenosky officiating. Burial will follow at the Blue Ridge Cemetery. Victors’ family would like to show gratitude to the Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare Aids at the Mayerthorpe Extendicare for all their care and support during Victor’s time spent there.
