Obituary of Ronald Wilfred Badgerow

Ronald (Ronnie) Wilfred Badgerow August 31, 1939 – May 4, 2022 With sorrow and sadness in their hearts, the family of Ronnie Badgerow announce his passing, with his family at his bedside, on May 4, 2022. Ronnie will be lovingly remembered forever by his wife of 42 years, Vicky; his children, Cathy (Rocky) Throndson and Rodney (Tina) Badgerow, and his grandchildren, Abby, Isabella, Emmercyn, Ainsley, Jillian and Callum. Ronnie will also be remembered by his brother Dave (Winnie) Badgerow and sister-in-law Alice, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Ronnie was predeceased by his parents, Ken and Sarah Badgerow, his sister Dorothy and brother Cecil. His family will always remember Ronnie’s love for playing checkers, watching the Beverly Hillbillies and attending the Carnwood Jamborees. He loved his work at Oscar’s, and proudly wore the hat to prove it, but his greatest place to work was with his saw mill. Ronnie always had a love for his dogs, but especially Bootsie (aka Fido). But beyond these loves in his life, Ronnie’s greatest love was for his family and friends, who all meant the world to him. The family will always hold in their hearts Ronnie’s kindness and mischievous smile. A celebration of Ronnie’s life will be held on August 27, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Badgerow House on 5016 Twp 490, Brazeau County. Please make your way to the east side of the house towards the apple trees. The family wish to express their deep appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Murphy and the staff at Serenity house, for the years of care and compassion they showed to Ronnie.
