Obituary of Jim Peacocke

Please share a memory of Jim to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jim Peacocke Born on May 15, 1932 in Okotoks, Alberta It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jim Peacocke on March 29, 2022 at the age of 89 years. Jim will be sadly missed by his family who loved him dearly. Sharing wonderful memories of the joy he brought to our lives are his loving wife of 67 years, Pat Peacocke, and his children Rod (Mayda), Dan (Jill), Donna (Al), and Bob. He will always have a special place in the hearts of his grandchildren Jordan, AJ (Lyndsey), Jaime, Kelsey, Chris, Shannon, and great grandchildren Tucker and Brielle. Jim was predeceased by his parents Trivett and Myrtle and sister Muriel. Jim’s greatest joys came from rodeos, his love of animals, and keeping a large evolving garden with well stocked (almost squirrel proof) feeders for his beloved birds. He had an adventurous spirit and a curious mind that always had him working on many interesting projects. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Jim’s memory can be made to a charity of your choice. A celebration of his life will he held at a future date. Arrangements in care of Mykenna Cabral at: Affinity Funeral Service #1, 4015 41st Avenue, Whitecourt, Alberta, T7S 0A3 780.778.3330
